That a live band and that was pretty awesome but the food was not quite what I expected. Just going into the establishment you expect more. My wife had an issue with something and she told the waiter and he totally ignored us and just went about his business as if we didn't say anyting. I doubt I'll return back here or recommend anybody else to go here

Disappointing dining experience. Had to send the lobster back as it was just mushy. They did not offer a replacement, they just took it off my plate. Bone in KC Strip was ordered medium-rare and was not good at all. Most medium-rare steaks at prime steak restaurants melt in your mouth. Better steaks around town at 1/2 the price. Was looking for a go-to place for our annual dinner with friends. This is not that place. The piano bar atmosphere is stellar though!

The worst part was our table for 2 in the furthest dark corner by a cold window. I can only imagine why with so many empty tables we were sat in the corner.

MoreIf I could give this restaurant a 0 star review I would. My spouse and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. First time here. We had high hopes due to the previous online reviews plus we are steak lovers! We ordered Knob Creek and Soda and a Mojito. They came back tasting like pure alcohol and flat diluted soda. We kindly asked to have them taken away and ordered wine instead. The wine was actually delicious. After we got our bill we noticed we were charged for the drinks that we sent back. I inquired about it to the waiter and he said that’s their policy. Dede the manager came to the table and said the drinks were made “properly” which is why we were charged for them. Are you kidding me? What type of restaurant pulls the wool over a customer’s eyes like that? So sad to hear this is the type of restaurant treats their customers like that. We had to fight to have them removed. We will sadly not be returning.

I was eating tonight and I overheard that a worker got diagnosed with Covid who wasn’t wearing a mask. I’m worried due to the fact they acted as if it wasn’t a big problem and didn’t continue to sanitize or even address the issue after making a big deal In front of all the customers aside me. :(

So the customer service was a ten, but the food was sub par. It was cold. It was aged steak and it had very little flavoring. The vegetables were bland. It took an hour for the food to come out and when it did, we weren't wowed at all. The presentation was nice. The atmosphere was nice. They have a guy singing tunes. It is dark inside of the place, a nice evening setting. But I won't return because the food was mehhhh! For the price that is paid, it should taste worth the cost and it wasn't.

MoreBluestone Steakhouse and Seafood is one of our most favorite fine dining destinations within a cozy well appointed atmosphere, soft lighting, and easy listening live vocal music accompanied by piano and or guitar. The salads and appetizers are sumptuous and almost make a meal within themselves. My favorite entree, the 21-Day Aged Tenderloin Filet is simply superb. My wife's first choice is of the Jumbo Fried Shrimp, with the Chicken Marsala as a very close second. And last but by no means least are their marvelous deserts, especially so is the must have Bluestone signature Crème Brülé. The waitstaff are always most courteous, personable, attentive and quick with refills and to offer of an after dinner coffee or drink selection.

The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was romantic and relaxing, the live music was wonderful, and the food was on point. If you're looking for a great place for a date night, I'd highly recommend this place! PS - try the chocolate mousse for dessert. It's heavenly!

MoreI had a very nice meal and great service. The menu is pretty typical of nice steak houses. My steak was cooked perfectly. I tried several appetizers, which were all good. You might skip the au gratin potatoes, they were just ok. The wine selection and the server's knowledge of the wine selection were excellent. The decor is a little different, maybe a little dated. The live singer was lovely. My only complaint is, if I spend $65 on an entree, you should be able to afford to have clean, well kept restrooms. There wasn't even a lock on the stall door.

The service is spectacular, the steaks perfectly prepared, and the cocktails are amazing...no better dirty martini anywhere. Plus, a piano player on the bar and friendly locals to keep me company.

MoreI have finely tried this place and to say that it was a disappointment is an understatement. We ordered the crab cakes and fried mushrooms for our apps. I couldn't taste any crab and it looked like the everything was put in a blender. I ordered the chicken marsala and my mother ordered the lobster creamy pasta. I choose the lobster bisque over a salad and it mainly tasted like cream with pieces of lobster that tasted old. We received our entrees and the mash potatoes were bland and needed butter or cream or milk. The asparagus were not trimmed. My mother's lobster pasta had fishy tasting lobster and overcooked pasta. When we told the server about the lobster pasta her only response was no has ever said that before. Needless to say I won't be back and I won't recommend it.

Our favorite locally owned restaurant! We love all the people at Bluestone, the food is delicious & they make a fine martini😉 We love listening to the soft live music, the low lights & quiet atmosphere...no loud talk voices needed.

Excellent food. Service very good. Expensive but wine was ridiculous. I have never seen wineccost so much. It just happened that some of it ( unusual) I am familiar with and buy some on their menu as I buy what different family members like. This was too much mark up..

My partner and I have over 30yrs. experience in fine dining food service and 5 stars comes down to those extra details, they were missing. Server was good, Male greeter was excellent. Your food 5 stars, your service 3.75. The live music delightful. Will return with larger party.
